The current Radio Communications system is capable of working in dual mode, analog or Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) digital (also known as Digital Mobile Radio “DMR”). The mobiles and portables have incorporated in them GPS and WIFI modules with appropriate firmware licenses activated. RCDWR currently uses the following Motorola brand equipment for the existing communications system: XPR5550e mobile radios XPR7550e portable radios SLR5700 repeater stations Bidders are encouraged to submit their best offer initially as RCDWR may award without negotiations.
