A total of four (4) portable restrooms units two (2) at the Badlands & two (2) at Lamb Canyon Landfills. These units will be used for County employee use. Each portable unit shall not exceed a size of 16 feet in length, 8 feet in width and 11 feet in height Each portable unit shall have a secondary containment tray Each portable unit shall have a solar-powered and battery energy storage system of sufficient capacity to power all trailer electrical components with exception of the HVAC system. Properly sized inverter (minimum 2500W) shall be provided to power both 120V and 12V components. One external 120V outlet shall be provided and minimum two (2) 120V outlets provided for each restroom. Each portable unit shall have a ducted heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system. Air conditioning unit shall be minimum 15K BTU and furnace shall be minimum 18K BTU as manufactured by Dometic, Furrion, or approved equal. Proposal shall include pricing options for furnace to be electric or propane. Propane system shall be plumbed for exterior connection and provided with dual-40 lb. propane tanks with cover. Each unit shall be provided with a digital, programmable, remote monitoring capable thermostat as manufactured by Honeywell or approved equal. Fan roof vents shall be provided for each restroom. Each portable unit shall have interior LED lighting and exterior LED lighting for each doorway. Trailer running and tail lights shall be LED. Each restroom shall be provided with a LED occupancy light and motion-detected, automatic on/off light switches for interior and exterior lighting. Each unit shall include an exterior wireless camera CU Glfbcapable of remote monitoring with motion sensors and dual communication capability. Each portable unit shall have a minimum capacity of 300 gallons for waste tanks (black and grey) and 200 gallons for freshwater tanks. Each portable unit shall provide both hot and cold water, water heater to be propane and electric. Freshwater system shall include self-contained booster pump and connection for external pressurized source. Trailer walls and tanks shall be insulated to highest available option. Each portable unit shall consist of two separate restrooms with both restrooms having a genderless designation. Both restrooms in each unit shall have toilets and one of the restrooms shall have a urinal. Each restroom shall have touchless faucets, soap dispensers, and hand dryers. Each restroom shall be furnished with a vanity including a sink, mirror, paper towel dispenser and solid surface countertop. Fire/smoke/CO2 detectors and alarm shall be provided for each restroom. Each unit shall include corrosion resistant, aluminum stair system to provide access to each restroom. Stair systems shall include handrails, landings, slip-resistant walking surfaces and riser legs to be adjusted independently to account for uneven surfaces. Trailers shall include stabilizer jacks for all four (4) corners. Each trailer shall be provided with 100’ power cord and plug to allow external connection to 120V electrical source. In addition, proposal shall include pricing options for providing on-SI NykQcTtJI 0618board, gas-powered generator or transfer switch system with external portable generator. On-board generator system shall be sized to power all electrical components and be manufactured by Cummins Onan or approved equal. External portable generator shall be manufactured by Honda Power or approved equal. Trailer tires shall be manufactured by Goodyear or approved equal. Trailer axle and electric braking system components shall be sized accordingly to accommodate unit size/weight and be manufactured by Dexter or approved equal
