The City of Pawtucket (City) is interested in selecting a Consultant (or consultant team) to provide professional design and consulting services related to public infrastructure improvements associated with Phase 1B of the Tidewater Landing project in the City of Pawtucket. In general, these improvements include the design of public amenities to support pedestrian and bicycle movements through and to the overall Tidewater Landing project. The City intends to select a Consultant firm/team that the City believes will provide the best qualifications in assisting the City with improvements that meet the City’s needs for this facility.
