The City of Bellingham Parks and Recreation Department, ("Parks"), is soliciting for statements of qualifications from interested consulting firms to provide professional architecture, engineering, and other services for this project. The area of work includes an existing pier at Little Squalicum Park, also known as Lehigh Cement or Tilbury Pier. The area of work may include existing and modified critical areas, shoreline, or uplands, in, around, or near the pier. The area of work may also include property acquisition services and/or studies of Bellingham Bay, Nooksack River, or other sediment sources, waves, or other influences that could affect the project or other work or studies needed to develop a complete project.
