The City of Bellingham Parks and Recreation Department, ("Parks"), is soliciting for statements of qualifications from interested consulting firms to provide professional architecture/engineer services for this project. The area of work includes a non-motorized trail near Squalicum Creek from Cornwall Park to the Waterfront. The area of work may include existing and modified streams, flood plains, wetlands, and associated critical areas.
