All offers for this RFQ are to be FOB destination. All orders will be FOB destination. Quantities are estimates based on the last three years usage, and are for a time period of 4 months.

SUBJECT SPQ IS SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The Government will make award to the responsive, responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the RFQ will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
