The County of Riverside Purchasing on behalf of County of Riverside Sheriff’s Department is soliciting quotations to replace currently installed kitchen equipment/appliances at several locations found herein attached in Exhibit “A”. Awarded vendor will be required to remove and dispose of the existing equipment being replaced. The County may award a contract without negotiation; therefore, bidders should submit their lowest pricing initially. ALL prices quoted should include shipping and handling, delivery, fuel surcharges and/or freight. The Sheriff’s Department would like the option to trade and or receive a discount for services/equipment purchased from the awarded vendor from the trade value of the existing equipment that will be replaced. The vendor shall hold County of Riverside harmless from any liability such as bodily harm and/or injury, or death that is resulted from use, resale and/or distribution of the kitchen equipment. The Sheriff’s department will provide a list of with serial numbers/model numbers of equipment being replaced to the awarded vendor for credit. Sheriff staff will photograph all equipment and fixtures and the County will email the images after the visits. Be advised- The washdown table and 3-comp sink are both custom work and are not generally available off the rack. We will discuss the design at the site visit.
