REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS MINOT PUBLIC LIBRARY PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS CITY PROJECT 2023670001 The City of Minot, North Dakota, is requesting “Statements of Qualifications” from engineering consulting firms to provide Consultant Engineering services for the Minot Public Library Parking Lot Improvements. Interested firms must submit five (5) bound copies and one digital copy of their qualifications by 4:00 pm, March 13, 2023 to: City of Minot Office of the City Clerk 515 2nd Avenue SW Minot, ND 58701 Attn: Mikayla McWilliams, City Clerk Proposals should be marked: “Qualifications Submittal for Minot Public Library Parking Lot Improvements” Provide the Library with consulting engineering services for the design and construction management of improvements to the library parking lot. The current parking lot needs rehabilitation of the pavement, curb and gutter repairs, and storm sewer drainage improvements. Consultant must have prior experience with site improvement and municipal improvement projects. Proposals must be delivered to the City Clerk by 4:00 pm on March 13, 2023. The Minot Public Library and Minot City Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
