The County of Riverside Purchasing on behalf of Riverside University Health System (RUHS) Marketing Department is soliciting quotations for PRINTING AND BANNER INSTALLATION SERVICES as detailed in this RFQ. The awarded vendor will keep all artwork on file for use as needed. All artwork is property of the County of Riverside and RUHS. RUHS is soliciting quotations for printing services that include but not limited to. Please download the attached RFQ found herein for full specifications. All quotations must be submitted in accordance with the standards and specifications contained within this Request for Quote (RFQ). Mailed, emailed, faxed or hand delivered quotations will not be accepted. The County reserves the right to waive, at its discretion, any irregularity, which the County deems reasonably correctable or otherwise not warranting rejection of the quotation. The County shall not pay any costs incurred or associated in the preparation of this or any quotation or for participation in the procurement process. Quotes must be specific unto themselves. For example, “See Enclosed Manual” will not be considered an acceptable quotation. Receipt of all addenda, if any, must be acknowledged in the quotation. Awarded vendor is required to obtain all applicable business licenses and maintain appropriate insurance. Proof of insurance will be required upon time of award. Late quotations will not be accepted. Postmarks will not be accepted in lieu of this requirement.
