City of Bartlett, TN REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS RFQ FY2023-05-022 DUE: Thursday, June 8th , 2023, no later than 4:00 p.m. (CST) ENGINEERING SERVICES Pavement Assessment and Management Plan The City of Bartlett (City) is seeking to evaluate the overall condition of all public roadways inside the City limits to aid in selection of improvement projects. The ultimate goal is to select the best projects to maximize available funding for pavement maintenance and to improve the overall condition of the network. The City currently has 302.5 centerline miles of asphalt roadway. Statement of Qualifications must be submitted no later than 4:00 P.M. (CST) on Thursday, June 8th, 2023.
