The Town of Little Elm, is pursuing a request for qualifications (RFQ) from qualified engineering firms for CMAR for Lawn at the Lakefront. The project consists of various park development features for a two-acre urban park surrounding the Town’s existing “Tin-Man” water tower. It will include the following major programming items: a performance pavilion, an open space lawn, a playground, and a water play area. Additionally, this project will include trails, landscaping, and other improvements to the park to create a central gathering place in the Town’s Lakefront District. The successful contractor will work with the assigned design consultant to finalize the design plans, which are currently in the design phase. Pricing shall not be included in offers submitted. A Pre-Solicitation conference will take place virtually on April 14, 2022, at 3PM. This will be a joint meeting to discuss several projects.
