Purpose. This contract is intended for procurement of a service agreement for the maintenance and software support to cover the R2 Server located in the DINPACS Computer room of Diagnostic Radiology located at Portsmouth Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, Virginia. 2. Scope. The service agreement shall include the maintenance and software support as follows: Software Support Coverage: - Telephone technical support from 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday – Friday, excluding government holidays. - Remote diagnostic and service via modem. - Software maintenance updates and upgrades, including improvements to the algorithm and existinf funtionality of the system such as bug fixes. Contract Exclusion: - New hardware that may be required run update or upgrade. - New software features and functionality. Equipment Parts Coverage: - Include parts and replacement for one server during the period of the contract. - Each additional server must be covered by a contract. - Must have Software Support Coverage.
