RFQ for a Design-Build Team for the Westbrook High School Shop Expansion Project You are hereby invited to submit a Qualifications Statement for the above referenced project located at: Westbrook High School 156 McVeagh Road Westbrook, Ct Brief Project Description: The Westbrook Public School Administration is introducing a new offering in their Tech Education program and is seeking a Design-Build solution that will accommodate new equipment. This project is a “Turnkey Project” and must be ready for full operation by August 15, 2024. It will include demolition of existing infrastructure, upgrades to the HVAC and electrical systems including the connection of a new RTU located on the roof of the shop areas. The budget for the proposed project is $150,000 and the Design-Build firm agrees to provide the solution within that budget. Additional funds may be made available at the sole discretion of the School Administration. In addition to the engineered design, the Design/Build firm selected for this project will be responsible for both the design and construction of their proposed solution.
