City will expect the qualified Consultants to provide adequate personnel, equipment, and materials to conduct all aspects of the scope of services. It is anticipated that multiple Consultants will receive contracts for services. Each Consultant must have the full capability of performing the complete scope of work. No subcontractors will be allowed. The Consultant(s) selected will perform CASp disabled access inspections and provide inspection reports of results to business owners. The services provided shall be delivered in compliance with the requirements of the Construction-Related Accessibility Standards Compliance Act (CRASCA, Civil Code §55.51-55.545) so that the business is eligible for “qualified defendant” status.
