The Napa County Department of Public Works is seeking statements of qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms in providing architectural/engineering services related to feasibility studies and design for remodeling areas of the Napa County South Napa Shelter. The County will create a ranked short list of 3 of 4 firms with one of which the County may contract with for services. The Department of Public Works or the Division of Housing and Homeless Programs (DHHP) shall oversee the work of the selected firms and facilitate the interface with County project stakeholders. The architectural firm selected for the project will be awarded a "Fixed Fee" contract with not-to-exceed amount based on the rates and the estimates included in the cost proposal portion of this RFQ.
