The purpose of this bid for a licensed Contractor to collect and dispose of dead animals including small and large animals that are domesticated and/or non-domesticated animals. If the bid is accepted, the County will enter into a contractual agreement with the selected Contractor for the period of five years. Further, details of the service requirements and contractual terms and conditions are outlined under Exhibit “A” Scope of Services and RFQ ANARC-043 Attachment “A” Professional Services Agreement Sample. All prices quoted must be inclusive of delivery, handling, mileage, and any other applicable fees. Collection and disposal services are generally performed on a weekly basis at three (3) separate animal shelter locations. Upon Request and Emergency Service requests are to be performed on a twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, 24/7, inclusive of holidays. The COUNTY is requesting that services be performed within the specified timeframe after the service call has been placed as outlined under Exhibit “A” Scope of Services.
