The District is requesting submittals from firms who can provide the documentation to meet the minimum requirements outlined in this solicitation to supply herbicides and related adjuvants for the District’s Invasive Plant Program. Please note, no prices will be required in the submittals. All respondents who are deemed qualified will be part of a pool of vendors. Each herbicide purchase will be quoted individually to the qualified pool of vendors. The lowest quote will be awarded through a District-issued purchase order. The purchase period for this solicitation is from June 2022 through September 2023. The estimated budget for the purchase period beginning June 2022, to September 30, 2023, is $2,000,000.
