RFQ 21-6632 Provide Professional Engineering Services For Rivertown Pier Reconstruction The City of Kenner, is hereby soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from engineering firms, interested and qualified, to provide professional services in preparing a Preliminary Engineering Report to reconstruct the Rivertown Pier to provide for the needs of passenger vessels disembarking passengers. An Economic Development Administration ARPA Tourism Program Grant will fund the project in whole or part, and the full scope will not be awarded unless the city is awarded an EDA grant for construction.
