The City is soliciting bids for the civil construction required to support both of these projects. The work includes demolition of existing concrete foundations, pad foundation and pier construction and conduit and grounding grid installation. See the Project Manual for the full scope of work. Both substations will remain energized during construction. Please refer to Section 2.16 of the Specifications in the Project Manual for necessary Contractor qualifications.
