The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit proposals for acceptance by the Borough to provide professional architectural and engineering services to complete 100% design development documents for the construction of a new school facility in Kachemak Selo. Project includes development of cost estimates and energy consumption reports. A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 29, 2024, at 11:00 AM in the Purchasing & Contracting Conference Room, 47140 E. Poppy Lane, Soldotna, Alaska. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory but is strongly recommended.
