The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit proposals for acceptance by the Borough to provide professional architectural and engineering design and CA services for the purpose of preparing comprehensive estimates and construction documents to be used for soliciting bids for construction to replace the roofs at the Nikiski North Star Elementary School, 45600 Holt Lamplight Rd., Nikiski, AK 99635 and Mountain View Elementary School, 315 Swires Road, Kenai, AK 99611. A pre-proposal conference will be held via Zoom Conference on December 18, 2023, at 10:00 AM. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory but is strongly recommended.
