The Kenai Peninsula Borough is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive redesign and overhaul of its current website (www.kpb.us). The Kenai Peninsula Borough seeks to improve communication and outreach to the public via an effective, modern and responsive web presence. This project shall be funded in part through the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services grant #C0622-584-M, a federal pass-thru grant, the full and complete terms and provisions of which shall be incorporated by this reference in the RFP and in the covered transaction. Federal funds for this project are identified by the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) #93.323, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, “Epidemiology and Laboratory Capacity for Infectious Diseases.” The federal administrative regulations for contractual and subrecipient agreements are cited in 2 CFR 200 and 45 CFR Part 75 as excerpted.
