The Kenai Peninsula Borough (KPB) hereby invites qualified firms to submit proposals for acceptance by the Borough to provide professional design services, surveying and construction contract administration services for the next phase of Basargin Road in the Road Service Area (RSA) Capital Improvement Project (CIP). A pre-proposal conference will be held via Zoom Conference call on September 21, 2021 at 10:00 AM. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory but is strongly recommended.
