Proposals will be received in the office of the Barrow County Board of Commissioners, County Clerk¿s Office, at 30 North Broad Street, Winder, Georgia 30680, until 2:00 PM (¿Local time¿), Thursday, September 26, 2024. Any proposals received after said time and date will not be considered by Owner. Proposals will be opened in the Historic Courthouse Commission Meeting Room at the above address at 2:00 p.m. (Local Time), Thursday, September 26, 2024. All proposals will be evaluated and project will be awarded, if it is awarded, within 60 days of the proposal openings.
