REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS CITY OF ST. JOSEPH, MO CULTERAL RESOURCES SURVEY Bid #RFP2023-08 The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking proposals from qualified archeologists to perform Phase I Cultural Resources Survey on two sites. Proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of St. Joseph until 3:00 P.M. on October 27, 2022.
