Request for Proposals City of St. Joseph, Missouri ERISA Legal Services BID #RFP2022-26 The City of St. Joseph is soliciting proposals from qualified legal professionals to furnish legal services to the City of St. Joseph related to matters involving the application of ERISA applied to private pension plans. Sealed proposals will be received by the City until 4:00 P.M. on April 29, 2022, at the office of the Purchasing Agent. The City hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation.
