The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit proposals for acceptance by the Borough to provide summer and winter road maintenance in the Central Region Unit 3. The scope of work consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment to perform summer and winter road maintenance. A pre-proposal conference will be held at the Road Service Area office at 47140 E. Poppy Lane, Soldotna, Alaska 99669 on April 30, 2020 at 10:00 AM. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory but is strongly recommended.
