The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit proposals for acceptance by the Borough to provide summer and winter road maintenance in the North Region Unit 3 and Unit 4. The scope of work consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment to perform summer and winter road maintenance. A pre-proposal conference will be held at the Road Service Area office at 47140 E. Poppy Lane, Soldotna, Alaska 99669 on April 30, 2020 at 10:00 AM. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory but is strongly recommended.
