The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit proposals for acceptance by the Borough to renovate the existing CT space. The project will consist of design and construction administration services. A pre-proposal conference will be held at South Peninsula Hospital, 4300 Bartlett St., Homer, AK, Conference Room #1 on November 15, 2019 at 11 a.m. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory but is strongly recommended.
