Provide North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) training and perform an in-depth review of Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) current internal NERC CIP processes which are used to ensure compliance for LCRA Transmission Service Corporation(TSC)’s NERC-CIP high impact BESCS (Bulk Electric Systems Cyber Systems) and Medium impact BESCS and associated Electronic Access Control and Monitoring Systems (EACMS), Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) and Protected Cyber Assets (PCA). For the purpose of this engagement, we will be focusing on the Transmission Owner/Transmission Operator (TO/TOP) functions performed by LCRA. The purpose of this review to develop multiple members in the staff who have in-depth knowledge not only of the standard, but also have an in-depth understanding of the internal process and our implementation of those processes to ensure compliance. The intent of this engagement is to train/coach multiple members in the team who can support ongoing compliance needs and also be able to provide support during audits by helping prepare responses to Reliability Standard Audit Worksheet (RSAWs) RSAWS, questions, get interviewed by auditors or present materials to auditors.
