PURPOSE/Background The County of Riverside Purchasing Department on behalf of the Department of Waste Resources is seeking proposals from qualified parties, qualified in providing CAD Software Migration Services for the County of Riverside's Waste Resources Department. PURPOSE The Riverside County Department of Waste Resources (RCDWR) is seeking to proposals to provide professional services to facilitate, train, support, provide engineering procedures and workflows, and transition RCDWR from Bentley to the Autodesk CAD platform. This solicitation is open to all firms with a strong familiarity and understanding on the usage of both Bentley and Autodesk CAD platforms. BACKGROUND RCDWR is responsible for 39 landfills, of which 32 are closed. Even closed landfills require significant resources to manage them.
