CITY OF KINGMAN REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS UNARMED SECURITY AT THE KINGMAN MUNICIPAL AIRPORT IGM22-02 ISSUED BY: THE CITY OF KINGMAN, 310 N. FOURTH ST., KINGMAN, ARIZONA ISSUE DATE: August 4, 2022 PUBLISH DATE: August 14, 2022 and August 21, 2022 Notice is hereby given that the City of Kingman ("City") is issuing this Request For Proposals ("RFP") seeking Proposals from qualified, Security firms interested in providing Unarmed Security at the Kingman Municipal Airport. This will be a one-step, qualifications-based process as authorized by relevant sections of ARIZ. REV. STAT. §§ 34. A separate Request For Proposals will not be issued. In accordance with the Procurement Code of the City of Kingman, Arizona, and Arizona Revised Statutes Title 34, the City will accept sealed Bids for the Services. The selection criteria to be used in evaluating the Proposals are set forth in the City of Kingman RFP package for Airport Security Service RFP IGM22-02, which are available after the release date from the Kingman Municipal Airport Administrative Office. RFP Packages may also be requested via e-mail after the release date by contacting Doug Breckenridge at [email protected]. The City intends to rank Proposal scores based on the selection criteria in the RFP package. Interviews may be conducted as part of the selection process. The City will enter into negotiations pursuant to the City of Kingman Procurement Code with the top-ranked firm on the final list. If the City is unable to successfully negotiate a contract with the top-ranked firm, it may then enter into negotiations with subsequently ranked firms at its sole and sound discretion. All sealed submittals must be received by the due date and time assigned at the submittal location specified herein. Any response not received at the specified submittal location by the due date and time assigned will be returned unopened. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, or to withhold the award for any reason it may determine, and to waive or not to waive any informalities in any submittal. All information regarding the content of the specific submittals will remain confidential until a contract is finalized or all submittals are rejected.
