The Counties of Amelia, Appomattox, Buckingham, Charlotte, Cumberland, Lunenburg, Nottoway, and Prince Edward(“Counties” collectively) are soliciting proposals for performing General Reassessment Services for their respective Board of Supervisors. The Counties are seeking to retain a firm or firms to perform a general assessment of all real property including that in any towns within the limits of the member jurisdictions on a “rolling” basis, over the coming several years.
