REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 2023 REVALUATION TOWN OF MADISON, CT REAPPRAISAL AND REVALUATION SERVICES The Town of Madison will be receiving sealed bids for the Revaluation of all Real Property effective for the Grand List of October 1, 2023 in accordance with Town specifications. Sealed bids will be accepted at the First Selectman’s Office, Town of Madison, 8 Campus Dr. Madison, CT 06443 until 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at which time will be publicly opened and read in Room A. No bids will be received after said hour. Specifications and bid documents are available below.
