Arrowhead Ave., converting it from a two-way stop to a four-way signalized intersection. Construction also entails additional channelization on N. Steptoe St. and new channelization on W. Arrowhead Ave. The project will also include re-construction of sidewalks and pedestrian ramps on all legs. The majority of the signal equipment with long-lead items has been pre-purchased by the City for this contract work.
