The City of New Rochelle is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a zero-emission electric shuttle service covering downtown New Rochelle that will be free to the general public, with the potential to expand to other areas of the city. Subject to financial capacity, the City intends to award a five-year contract, with the option for renewals, to the bidder whose proposal conforms to the scope of this RFP and meets the City’s overall goal of improving accessibility within New Rochelle.
