The DeKalb County Board of Health (DCBOH) is a public health organization that strives to protect, promote, and improve the health and well-being of DeKalb County residents. Board of Health facilities are open to the public for clinical and program services, including but not limited to, Women, Infant and Children (WIC), Babies Can’t Wait, Children’s 1st, Dental, and other services, Environmental Health, Infectious Disease and Refugee Health, Community Health, and Vital Records services. The DCBOH Administration offices are also located in the Eleanor Richardson facility, located at 445 Winn Way. The DCBOH is seeking a contractor to conduct a security risk assessment of Board of Health facilities for the purpose of developing a security master plan including recommendations for improvements and implementation, including projected security upgrade cost resulting from the assessment of each DCBOH facility.
