The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide hoteling services for the City of Newport News Department of Human Services (NNDHS) for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. These households consist of those seeking shelter, living unsheltered on the street and who are at high risk of complications from COVID-19.
