The County of Riverside Purchasing Department, on behalf of Riverside University Health System – Medical Center (RUHS-MC), is seeking proposals from experienced full-line distributors to provide pharmaceutical distribution services, including but not limited to over the counter, branded, generic brands, controlled substances and related pharmacy products for purchase by various licensed pharmacy facilities throughout the County. The qualified vendor should be capable to provide Just-In-Time deliveries of pharmaceuticals to locations throughout Riverside County, maintain a system that can keep and manage perpetual inventory and able to provide 340B pricing. The County of Riverside currently purchases in excess of $60M of pharmaceuticals and pharmacy-related supplies annually. Presently, the County purchases products through a prime distributor utilizing Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) pricing.
