Advertisement for Request for Proposal Notice is hereby given that a sealed Request for Proposal (RFP) will be received by the Lafayette Parish School Board Purchasing Department, located at 113 Chaplin Drive, Lafayette, Louisiana, 70508. Delivery to any other department other than the Purchasing Department is unacceptable and may result in non-consideration of the proposal. Proposals will be received until April 9, 2014, 4:00 p.m. CST for: Request for Proposal: The Development and Lease of Section 16 Property 3301 Ambassador Caffery Parkway (Ridge Road & Ambassador Caffery) RFP# 12-14 The RFP #12-14 is to obtain a proposal from an individual/firm/cooperation interested in leasing the Section 16 property located at 3301 Ambassador Caffery Parkway. Request for Proposals will be accepted at the above stated date and time at the Lafayette Parish School System Office Building. An official Request for Proposal Package may be obtained from the Director of Finance, Matt Dugas, (337) 521-7307, with the Finance Department of the Lafayette Parish School System located at 113 Chaplin Drive, Lafayette, LA 70508. A Proposal Conference will be held at LPSS Central Office, located on 113 Chaplin Drive in Lafayette, LA at 9 A.M. CST on November 20, 2013. All questions pertaining to this proposal shall be submitted to Matt Dugas in writing via email; [email protected]. Questions submitted after December 3, 2013 at 4:30 pm CST will not be considered. The Lafayette Parish School System strongly encourages the participation of minority business enterprises in all contracts or procurements let by the Board for goods and services.
