REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS HIGH DOSAGE TUTORING INSIGHT PA CYBER CHARTER SCHOOL Insight PA Cyber Charter School (“Insight”) requests responses to this RFP for high dosage tutoring. The objective of this RFP is to accomplish a fair, open, and competitive procurement. Insight reserves the right to cancel this RFP or accept or reject, any and all proposals submitted in response to this request in accordance with applicable law. Proposals will be received through the period of August 2, 2023, through August 16, 2023. Insight serves the needs of K-12 students by providing a virtual public education throughout most counties in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Central administrative offices are located at 350 Eagleview Boulevard, Suite 350, Exton, PA 19341. With an annual budget of ~$70M, Insight provides educational services to approximately 4,000 students across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and employs 450 faculty and staff. Vendors must provide all of the services described in this RFP. If the Vendor does not propose to provide all services, then the Vendor must clearly delineate the services it proposes to furnish and those it does not.
