Summary: Request for Proposals for Renovations of the Gainesville Civic Center consists of the following major areas: Demolition of existing office space, construction of new meeting space, demolition and construction of new restrooms, construction of a new reception area, aesthetic changes to the facility including new flooring, painting, lighting, etc., audio and visual technology changes, and other changes noted in the contract drawings. SEPARATE SEALED PROPOSALS for furnishing all materials and providing all labor, tools, and equipment must be received by in the Owner at the Gainesville Civic Center, 830 Green Street NE, Gainesville, Georgia 30501, by 2:00 p.m., local time, on Friday, December 4, 2020.
