The City is seeking a qualified organization(s) or person(s) to provide representation services to low- and moderate-income tenants under jurisdiction of Rent Adjustment Program ordinances and regulations at Rent Adjustment Program (RAP) petition and Housing Residential Rent and Relocation Board (HRRRB) appeal proceedings. These representations services are more expansive than consultation and include but are not limited to, fully representing client in negotiations, hearings and mediations in RAP and HRRRB petition and appeal proceedings respectively.
