Sealed proposals for the “RFP for HVAC Maintenance and Repair” will be received by the City of Nampa, Facilities Development office, 500 12th Ave. South, Nampa, Idaho 83651 until 10 a.m. prevailing local time, Thursday, August 8, 2024. Bids will NOT be publicly opened, and bidders are not required to be present. The City of Nampa seeks to award city-wide HVAC maintenance and repair services to one company. A Committee will evaluate submissions to the request and will consider all qualified Proposers. The Committee reserves the right to interview some or all of the prospective Proposers. A pre-proposal meeting will be held at the Nampa Development Services Center, 500 12th Ave. South, Nampa, ID, 83651 on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to clarify requirements and answer Proposer questions. A visual presentation will be shown that will highlight equipment and locations where services are to be performed. A record of the Proposer’s attending the meeting will be maintained for verification purposes. The Proposers shall be responsible for ensuring their attendance is documented by signing the attendance sheet. The pre-proposal meeting is mandatory for service providers to propose.
