REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Garland County, Arkansas, Garland County Finance Department is seeking proposals from interested concerns for the following: Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care Account (DCA), Health Savings Account (HSA), and Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) Administration Services for benefit plan year 2023. Proposals will be received through 3:00 p.m., CST September 22, 2022. Proposals received after that date and time will not be considered. Proposals will be publicly opened at 3:01 p.m., CST, September 22, 2022, at the Garland County Courthouse, Room 210, 501 Ouachita Ave., Hot Springs, AR 71901. Clarification questions shall be received and responded to no later than September 16, 2022. Proposals may be submitted by US Mail or hand delivery. Mailed submissions should include delivery confirmation.
