UklaSwmwn The City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide design services for the Treadwell Arena Roof Replacement project. The Consultant shall provide all necessary design servicesto prepare bid ready construction documents to replace existing 30,000 square foot standing seam metal roof assembly with new metal or EPDM roof. The Architectural Consultant will work with the Owner to select a replacement assembly that will minimize impact to occupied facility during installation and within a total Construction budget of $1 million. An exterior roof access stair to facilitate servicing of rooftop mechanical equipment and a fall restraint system are included in the design. Cost estimating, bid phase services, construction administration and inspection services are also included in the Scope of Work.
