The City of Raton, New Mexico is soliciting competitive sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations to provide direct youth services through the Girls Circle Program, Boys Council Program and Restorative Justice. Proposals will be evaluated and an award made to the most responsible, responsive offeror submitting the proposal most advantageous to the City of Raton. The City of Raton reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any portion thereof as deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Offerors should mail or deliver one (1) original and three (3) copies of the proposal, in a sealed envelope or container labeled on the outside to clearly indicate they are in response to City of Raton Direct Youth Services – Girls Circle, Boys Council and Restorative Justice Programs RFP# 2022-06-16, to the Office of the City Clerk, 224 Savage Avenue, P.O. Box 910, Raton, New Mexico 87740. Proposals are due by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 6, 2022. Proposals received after the deadline will be returned.
