NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Pursuant to HRS 103D, electronic sealed proposals via the Public Purchase System will be received up to 3:00 P.M., Hawai‘i Standard Time, on April 19, 2021 and recorded immediately for the Division of Purchasing, Department of Finance, for the Furnishing and Paying for all materials, labor, transportation, tools, equipment, machinery and services necessary to design, construct, and install in place complete: INCLUSIVE PLAYGROUND AT LYDGATE PARK COUNTY OF KAUA‘I Pursuant to HRS 103D-1002, Hawai'i Products Preference, persons wishing to certify and qualify a product not currently listed on the Hawai'i Product List, shall submit a Certification for Hawai'i Product Preference, Form SPO-038, to: [email protected] no later than ( April 1, 2021 ). For multiple products, one (1) form shall be submitted for each product. Reference the Schedule B; Hawai'i Products Preference for more information. Offerors are further notified of the requirements of Act 190, SLH 2011, SB 758, wherein the County of Kaua‘i is required to utilize the Hawai‘i Compliance Express (HCE) to obtain proof of compliance with tax, registration, and labor requirements prior to the issuance of an award. The Director of Finance reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposal or to reject any or all offers in whole or in part if deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
