REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) I. INTRODUCTION The City of Sanger (City) intends to demolish a fire damaged Single-Family Dwelling located at 13679 E. Lincoln Ave in Parlier. Toward this effort, the City retained Air Quality Compliance Solutions (AQCS) to conduct a survey to identify if there was a presence or absence of Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) prior to clean up and demolition. AQCS performed the asbestos survey on November 3, 2023, attached below is the completed survey. The City intends to award a contract to a qualified Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) registered asbestos abatement contractor. II.
