Ames Laboratory, under a prime contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), has a need for 1 each of a Raman instrument that meets the required specifications included in this RFP.
This instrument will be used primarily for the Raman analysis of novel bulk and nanoscale inorganic materials at low Raman shifts. The dual wavelength design allows for collecting scattering with low background fluorescence, and the precision, motorized XYZ stage allows for Raman imaging of samples with constant focus over long imaging times.
